The location at Casa Amanzi is unbeatable, just steps away from the best attractions. However, the experience was marred by several issues. The hot tub, which was supposed to be a highlight, was disappointingly cold and not enjoyable at all. Check-in was frustrating. we waited downstairs for a long time without being able to use the rooftop amenities. The noise level at night made it hard to get a good night's sleep. The shower had weak water pressure and was cold at times, making it uncomfortable. Additionally, there was a lack of basic amenities like soap in the lobby bathrooms. But, I have to shout out to Joyce and the breakfast ladies who were truly helpful and did brighten up the mornings. On a positive note, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, considering the other shortcomings.

Reliable staff made arranging local tips effortless.
I experienced several issues during my stay. First, the noise levels were intolerable with constant sounds from outside. Additionally, the hot water didn’t work, and I ended up showering in freezing water. It felt more like a hostel than a hotel, and the lack of basic amenities only added to my frustration.

I stayed in a Double Room for 5 nights. The room itself wasn't great. it felt cramped and not super cozy. The shower pressure was weak at times, making it a bit frustrating. I did like that it was clean, but it just didn't feel like a nice relaxing space after a long day out.
